Robinson's time in the preliminary round was 6.51, setting a new school record (Dan King ran 6.4 hand-timed, which converts to 6.64 electronic). In the finals, Robinson ran 6.54.

Thank you Cailean for eliminating the issue of the record so Luke Montrose and Dan King and their sketchy 6.4h's that can't be verified because they were probably from the NNHS vs. Framingham meet when the timer missed the gun.

Now a new record issue enters the fold. Paul Gould has the almost FIFTY year old record in the 100. He ran 9.7y on cinder in 1959 . . . . Caelin needs to run about 10.85 (electric) to be in the mix. As it is, Newton South wasn't opened until 1960, so any decent sub-11 electric time by either Caelin or Gordon Forbes will be a Newton "North" record. Dan King has run 10.9h.

Also, with Forbes and Robinson, there could be a good 4x100 out there.

Where is Caelin going to college ?

He still has a year left in High School, but if he keeps improving he'll get that record and end up somewhere nice for college
