No Group Run Tonight - Monday, June 23
Radar shows heavy thunderstorms for the next hour or two, so no organized run from Cold Springs, Cutler Park, or anywhere else tonight.

Since when did a little rain stop people from running? Running with a baton and doing passes to see who really is lucky is the way to go during thunderstorms.
Yeah, yeah... I felt bad about it. That's the first time I've ever cancelled a NSRP run... I've done plenty of them in the rain, and there was always at least one person to join me.
But I felt that with so much lightning in the area, it wouldn't be safe.
I'll be at Cold Springs Wednesday.... unless there's more lightning.
A bunch of us didn't get the memo. I showed up, along with Donovan, Paul Norton, Jerzy, Burnstein, Ben Finch, Sasha Long, Cameron Fen, and Mike Weinfeld. We left at about 6:25 (apparently Will Cha showed up at 6:30) and ran down the aqueduct to the Finch residence, ran around on Brae Burn for a little while, and ran back. Most of us did about 6.5, with a few continuing on to 8, and Jerzy running 10. It rained pretty hard for the first few miles, but cleared up by the time we were done.
