Jon Wofsy said he really wanted to run a 200, but instead of a half lap, he ran two full laps, winning the second heat of the men's 800m in 1:58.41 at the New Balance Twilight Meet #1 on Saturday evening in Waltham.
Not far back, Josh Seeherman ran despite a nagging injury and posted a fine time in his first outdoor 800m of the season, running 2:02.45. And in his first race in many years, Dan Robb looked smooth running 2:06.08.
With all the action in the 800m, we can't forget Dave Cahill who won his heat of the 400m in 51.86.
